Happy, happy days!!! After living together and loving each other for 37 years, my brother Cliff married his beloved Shigeru on Thursday, July 18.
They married in Santa Maria, CA, where our 92-year-old dad lives. He was so pleased to be able to participate in the ceremony. It was such a joyful day together. How wonderful that they are finally able to celebrate their union legally. Hats off to the Supremes!!!
what a handsome couple. congratulations on this wonderful happiness!
Thanks so much, Kim!!! Their wedding means so much to us. I continue to love your amazing work. Hope we get to meet in person one day!!!

Please send them our congratulations! We got our license yesterday, so we’re “go” for Monday.

Hey, Marcia — Couldn’t agree more!!! Hope to see you soon!!!
Congrats! Happiness in the family, yay!!
Thanks so much, Lauren!!! It was wonderful. Looking forward to seeing you at Metal Clay by the Bay!!!
37 years WOW that’s amazing! Congratulations to the happy couple and your dad for living long enough to enjoy the historic moment. Cheers to everyone!!!
Thanks so much, Brenda!!! It was wonderful that Dad got to see the wedding. I wish my mom were still alive because she would have loved it. I think she must have been there in spirit. Cheers back to you!!!!
Thanks so very much for sharing this, Jonna. I am truly happy for them, and for you and your family. I’m jealous, too, that I lost my beloved partner of 22 years before we could legally marry. I lost tens of thousands of dollars when he died because we were not married. A Domestic Partnership wasn’t good enough. It wasn’t fair, and it still isn’t fair in 37 states that remain in the dark ages. You and Steve are special people to share this beautiful moment in the life of your family with your friends and associates, and I’m a better person for knowing you.
Thanks so much for your lovely note, Ron. I am sad for you, too, that you lost your beloved partner and that you weren’t able to marry. It is so unfair. We are so blessed by your presence in our lives!
Dear sweet Jonna, Congratulations on such a blessed event. What a beautiful couple and how sweet to see how much you and your brother look alike. It seems like forever since I’ve seen you but I get my updates from Ruthie and Elaine so I know you are doing well. One of these days, I will join the ladies in your class. I have been following your progress and it has been so exciting to see how exquisite your work is. Best wishes to you and yours, Leslie Smith, from long ago
